End User License - Data 7 Software Terms of Use Each purchase / payment for this Data 7 application entitles the customer / user to one end user license which allows the customer to install this Data 7 application on one machine only. An end user license / payment is required for every machine this Data 7 application is installed on. Each Data 7 application is linked to one Data 7 user account / email and the end user license is validated upon registration and each time the Data 7 application is used. If the customer / user is found to be using any Data 7 applications without a valid user account or end user license or payment then Data 7 Consultancy retains the right to disable / lock the customers Data 7 accounts. This will disable all the customers Data 7 user accounts and also disable all Data 7 applications the customer / user has purchased. The customers account will only be unlocked once payment for any additional Data 7 applications used is received in full.
