Additional Plate Builder Questions?
Question: - How does the eBay integration work?
Answer: - Once the customer clicks the “Order Now” button on the plate builder, they are directed to a webpage from your website which shows the customer’s plate selections and prompts the customer for their personal details. After the customer has submitted their details an email with order and customer details are sent to you and then the customer is directed back to eBay for payment. If a pair of plates are ordered then the customer is asked to change the eBay quantity to 2.
Question: - How long does it take to setup?
Answer: - Setup usually takes 24-48 hours subject to domain registering and/or name server changes.
Question: - Does Data 7 supply any images for printing on the plates?
Answer: - Sorry, no. The images on our plate builder websites are for display purposes only. They cannot be used with your plate printing equipment. We can of course tailor our plate builder to match your plate printing software by removing unwanted images and can also add any additional badges supplied by the customer for a fixed price.
