Additional eBay Ad Notes:-
Question: - How does the eBay integration work? Answer: - Once the customer clicks the “Order Now” button on the plate builder, they are directed to a webpage from your website which shows the customer’s plate selections and prompts the customer for their personal details. After the customer has submitted their details an email with order and customer details are sent to you and then the customer is directed back to eBay for payment. If a pair of plates are ordered then the customer is asked to change the eBay quantity to 2.
Question: - How long does it take to setup? Answer: - Setup usually takes 24-48 hours subject to domain registering and/or name server changes.
Full technical support is available by email or phone.
N.B.
Although the Data 7 plate builder is 100% eBay compatible, due to eBay restrictions the eBay plate builder version will only work with Microsoft Internet Explorer. Browsers such as Firefox, Opera and Safari do not support the Data 7 eBay code.
All Data 7 plate builders DO WORK with Firefox, Opera and Safari when used outside of eBay!
Once website work has been completed NO REFUNDS can or will be given.
