Sometimes hard to use

My new embroidery machine uses a different format than my old one. This software is VERY user friendly and made it easy to save previously purchased designs in the new format. When you look at the cost of repurchase favorite designs, it pays for itself. Customer service is outstanding, very helpful and supportive.

The Conversion Tool has helped me through the years when designs weren't in the format I was using at the time. That way I was able to use a design I liked.
