I have found this app to be very useful and helpful in using my embroidery machine and downloads. I really like all of the features, but I use the viewer most often. I'd love to learn how to use the other apps also.

So simple to use and extremely reliable.

I really think that the app. helped the design that I was working on, but I felt that there is a steep learning curve and not as user friendly as I had hoped.

I had a very hard time using the sample program to convert a picture to embroidery. The videos did not help at all and hard to understand. There were items that I had to convert to decimal because I do not use metrics. Other things could not be converted from metric because the program was not set up that way at the time. I had to revert to using the hep personnel a lot. I have used cad programs in the past without all the problems that I had with this program.

Learning curve, but once you conquer it’s an excellent product
