I had a very hard time using the sample program to convert a picture to embroidery. The videos did not help at all and hard to understand. There were items that I had to convert to decimal because I do not use metrics. Other things could not be converted from metric because the program was not set up that way at the time. I had to revert to using the hep personnel a lot. I have used cad programs in the past without all the problems that I had with this program.

The three stars are for the trial program. It is difficult to determine the quality of the stitch out of an involved design when you are limited to 3 colors. I will be changing the colors of some of the embroidery sections to meet this limitation so that I can view the quality of the output.
Reply: Thanks for the feedback! The 4-colour limit in the trial is meant to let users test stitch quality and conversion accuracy without unlocking full design complexity.
I understand it can be restrictive for detailed work but believe it's enough to assess output within the trial version. If you'd like to share a sample, I'm happy to help review or run a full-colour version for comparison.
